CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Plated jewelry tends to tarnish faster than Sterling Silver or Solid Gold. Proper care of your jewelry is important to maintain its sparkle and shine for years!
- Store your jewelry, especially sterling silver, in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight when not in use.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, hot tubs, and chlorine. Best to remove before exercise, swimming, showering, and cleaning. Oxygen, moisture, buildup of residue, and chemicals can dull the sheen of your breast milk stone.
- When practical, avoid exposing your jewelry to prolonged, direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations. This protects the breastmilk stone from sun/heat damage that could make the stone turn yellow.
- Hairsprays, lotions, and makeup chemicals can all cause potential harm to your delicate stone and should be applied before putting on any breast milk jewelry
- Clean your breastmilk jewelry with any jewelry cleaner and dry it with a microfiber cloth. Use jewelry polishing cloth to restore the shine.
